I really think fashion designers are figuring out that maternity wear can be stylish. There was a time when the fashion world thought woman took a hiatus from wanting to look good when they became pregnant. As if we turned into baby carrying robots, unable to comprehend physical beauty and style. Which, doesn’t make much sense to me. The fashion industry, no matter how creative or uncreative they choose to be, is still a money making industry. They make billions each year. The pregnant demographic is an entire section of the population that has to spend money on clothes. You would think they would jump at the chance to grab their attention.
